We are taking a VOTE "IE" vs. "Y"

Okay so originally we had decided that Adalynn would be called Addie or Addy. I let Jeremy decided how to spell Adalynn and how he wanted to spell her nickname. He thought that Addie was cute and girly.

However, in agreement with Tracie, everyone is spelling it with a "y" instead of with an "ie." Tracie recommended this because her whole life everyone misspelled her name and would spell it with a "y."

So now it is up to you!! Please leave us your opinion on the "y" vs. "ie"

It is Granny Bill again! Andrea and Jeremy, Geez, it is your baby you spell her nickname the way you want it. Of course, we Granny's has our own little nicknames we give them, LOL. (noticed the name Grammy called her).
So I will vote for whichever name you decide!
In bed the other night, it just came to me, her initials spell AMY.

One more comment: In looking at the name and hearing it... sounds like the name of a Senator-Senator Adalynn McKinley Yates. No, not grand enough... maybe a Supreme Court Judge!

With a name like that, she has to be going places.

Remember you heard it first right here!

Hey how about "i" not "ie" or "y"! That is Grammy's vote.

Okay well congrats again on the baby girl. You will both have so much fun. As for the Y vs IE. well i am gonna vote for the Y. Maybe its cuz i am partial to that way. My daughters name is Adriauna and her nickname is Addy. It just kinda stuck with her and it seem to be easy for her to learn how to spell. But like i said i am just partial to that way. but hope all is still well with you both
