Well, last week I went to the doctor for my 28 week check up. I got brave and asked the doctor if there was anyway we could begin discussing the induction of Addie on November 21st. This would be the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and give me exactly 6 weeks to get back to work. Her response was that they would probably be willing to do it, however, if I had not began dilating and my cervix had not thinned, it would be pointless. She said that would probably result in a c-section. So I decided that we would play it by ear and see how things start progressing.
The next shower is September 23rd. The hostesses are my aunts on my mom's side of the family. This will be the Mansfield shower for family and friends. We keep getting the coolest gifts and can't wait to use them all on Addie!!!
We are both back to school. It seems like there is soooo much work stuff to get done before Addie comes and not a whole lot of time to do it in. I have met Anna the lady who will be keeping Addie when I go back to work and she seems super perfect. We are very excited to have found her.
My cousin Jordan and his wife Susan, are getting ready to find out what their baby is going to be and we are extremely anxious to see if we will have two baby girls or one of each.
My best bud, Jamie and her husband Matt are due on October 4th with Addie's best friend, Maebrie. We can't wait to meet her.
We are hoping for a calm and peaceful next few months!!
