The Positives:
- You can prop yourself up to sitting from being on your belly
- You can pull up on anything
- You just got your first top tooth on your left (this is 3)
- You can officially say 4 words with meaning, "mama", "dada", "Bella", and you can "bawk" like a chicken, I am not 100% sure that you aren't saying "duck"
- You wave "hi" and "bye" anytime you hear those words
- You are beginning to Patty Cake
- You are trying to cover our faces with the blanket for Peek A Boo
- You are crawling with one leg up under you and the other leg propels you around
- You have learned how to operate several of your toys, dropping balls in the right places and pushing buttons
- You definitely notice when someone enters or leaves the room especially your "mama"
- Now that you can stand in your crib, you are having a hard time putting yourself to sleep so I have been holding you until you fall asleep! Daddy says you should probably cry it out. However, Mommy is not so sure yet!!!
- We still don't sleep through the night. There were a few really good nights and then we lost that. I am sure it will come and go.
- I am getting very low on milk supply. I had set my heart on nursing for a full year. After we borrowed the initial milk from Maebrie's supply, I attempted supplementing with whole milk. Addie loved it and it was going very well then she ended up with a little rash. Not so sure they were related but I stopped and we borrowed some more milk
- After the initial rash, I called the new pediatrician and apparently they only take one phone message a day and I had missed the nurses call. When I called back they refused to take another message. So this is Doctor #2 that I am unhappy with. So far I have loved both doctors but what does it take to get a friendly receptionist!!!! Jamie says I am going to have to suck it up that everyone is going to have something. However, Mommy is not so sure about this either! I do not expected to be treated any differently than anyone else, I just wish these people would realize I work with children and have two stinking degrees I am not INCOMPETENT!!!
- So after some benadryl creme (diagnosed by and administered by Dr. Mommy) , the rash was gone! The bad news is it has been like 2-3 weeks and last night she had a little rash again??????????? So it must be something else not the milk.
- Last tidbit, I know many children survive on formula so for those of you who think that is the easy fix............I dare you to drink it and smell it. It is awful. Addie doesn't enjoy it at all and it makes her stink.

Hey Babydoll! How cute you are! I can not wait to see you again! You are doing something new everyday and I can't hardly stand only seeing you every other week! I love you so much! Grammy
Thanks so much for updating. :) I know I give you a hard time but it's just because I enjoy the Addie blog so much!
Oh! She is getting so big! I'm sorry about the milk issue! I don't know what to tell you! Have you changed out the membranes on your pump? Maybe that would help. you can also "power pump" to try to up your supply (10 min on, 10 off, 10 on). We haven't tried milk with Gage yet...I'm afraid to and he's still nursing so I don't feel like I need to. If you do need to try formula, maybe mix it with breastmilk so it doesn't taste so bad to her. I agree, though, that stuff is GROSS!
