My First Vacation!!

Since this year brought a baby, we knew that we would not be able to travel far. So we decided to take a few small trips. This last weekend we went to Kansas City. Neither of us had ever been there just traveled through. We spent the night in Overland Park, Kansas at the Marriott-Courtyard which was super nice and very affordable.

This was Addie's first night in the hotel on vacation. We went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. Addie found lots of small children there that she wanted to play with. We tried mashed potatoes for the third time and continued to gag
on them. I am not sure what is up with that.

So then since we let her stay up way past her bedtime, she wouldn't sleep in the pack 'n play. Jeremy and I fell asleep with this adorable little monster between us spinning in circles and singing herself to sleep.

My Papaw and Jeremy's Grandad would tell stories about how we were crazy sleeping buddies, well Addie must have inherited that from both of us!!!
