This picture really doesn't go with this entry but I know blogs are more exciting with pictures!!! This is my baby daddy!!Okay, yesterday's appointment involved lots of excitement. Jamie and I had hair appointments had hairclub after my doctor's appointment so we loaded up Maebrie and off we went to the OB/GYN and HairClub.
My appointment was with Dr. Hix, who is my actual doctor. He checked me and I was dilated to 2.5 and my cervix were also 80% effaced!!! The effacement part is apparently the BIG DEAL!!
So of course he tells me that he wants to deliver our baby and of course he concludes with "I am going out of town until next Wednesday so try and hold off until then" I scheduled my appointment for next week with him on Wednesday afternoon. I am unsure of what his plan is exactly.
I am guessing that if I continue to dilate that he will admit me and break my water!! I can't just keep walking around week after week, dilating more and more or she is going to fall out!!!
For now we all sit on pins and needles!!! We will keep you posted but it looks like there will be a baby within the next week!!!

Sounds like your body is cooperating very nicely!! I hope I am so lucky. Did I tell you my induction will be Nov 30th? Sounds like Addie will be older than Anna Beth!
